How do I order?
The quickest and easiest way is to place your order online through our website. If for any reason this isn’t possible or you have certain requests, please feel free to email us with your order.
How long will it take for my order to dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. During busy periods such as sales this may extend out to 72 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will dispatch on the next business day. If you purchase a pre-order item, this will be dispatched within 24 hours of arriving at Hayden + Chloe HQ. Please be aware if an order consists of in stock items along with a pre-order item your entire order will only ship once the pre-order arrives. If you wish to avoid this, we do request you please make separate orders. If you are in a rush for any in stock items, please simply make an additional note at checkout and we will do everything in our power to have it to you in the shortest possible time. We offer payment via Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
If you have a special occasion to attend such as a baby shower or birthday party and are looking for some guidance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We enjoy nothing more than assisting with suggestions or helping to create the perfect gift hamper ready to go.
At Hayden + Chloe we are big believers in supporting small business and handmade. Where possible we will advise in the description of an item if it is handmade. Please remember that slight ‘differences’ in some handmade items should not be considered faults but in fact are part of the unique and beautiful quality of the product. As these items are not mass produced in factories no two items will ever be exactly the same. That’s what makes them so special!
